Michael Datta
Board of Advisors, LFI
Michael Datta brings to the LFI Board of Advisors more than two decades of hands-on experience building, scaling, and advising companies across a wide range of industries, from technology and consumer ventures in their early years through to the defense and advanced systems sector where he is most active today. That breadth of operating experience, across different stages of growth and different markets, is the perspective he brings to LFI's Advisory Board.
Mr. Datta has founded and led ventures from early formation through commercial growth, and has built a track record of identifying high-value partnerships and translating strategic relationships into measurable business outcomes. That breadth shows up directly in his current roles. He is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Ares Armaments, an Australia-based precision munitions and counter-drone systems company, where he has taken the business from formation into active engagement with Australian, U.S. and allied defense and law enforcement clients, building the strategic partnerships and market access that have driven the company's growth within Australia's sovereign manufacturing base. He is also Strategic Advisor at Noosa Partners, a cross-border Australia-US advisory firm connecting founders and executive teams with family offices, venture capital, and private equity partners across advanced systems, defense, and emerging technology ventures, helping ambitious companies access the capital, capability, and global networks required to scale internationally.
Mr. Datta's strength is operational: he has consistently taken businesses from concept to scale, building the partnerships, capital relationships, and go-to-market discipline that growth actually requires. He also serves on the boards of Limitless Aeronautics, AcudocX and Lindo Life Sciences, extending that same operating and growth perspective to additional ventures.
Mr. Datta's advisory mandate at LFI centers on commercial execution and growth, helping translate LFI's quantum economics framework into practical traction with clients, partners, and investors, with particular depth in the US-Australia-UK corridors and the defense and sovereign manufacturing sectors where he is most active today.
